Let’s Get Shredded – Week 3

 

So it’s been 3 weeks tomorrow into my Get Shredded workout that I’m kicking up and I’m already feeling so much better.  It’s crazy how amazing working-out can make you feel inside out, I don’t know about you but my confidence is a million times better when I’m on a healthy workout/nutrition routine.  I don’t understand the people that don’t do it, they just put their body on the back burner in their life and make up all the excuses in the world as to why they cannot make time for it.  Now I’m not saying you have to be a gym rat working out everyday but find a little time each day for YOU, for your body and give back to it.  Trust me after about 1 week you will already feel better mentally and physically and your body will be loving you for it too. The key is to then keep it up, stay on track with your training and focused.

You are blessed with ONE body and that’s one miraculous, miracle of a body so be thankful and make it number 1 in your life.

I’ve been sticking to my Day 1 – Day 6 workout routine and my weights are increasing, I feel strong and excited about the results I am feeling already.  Some days it’s tight and I don’t have enough time to get through all the sets of that days workout, so I’ll just do 2 sets of everything or even drop a superset it I have too.  This program is real good, it’s a great routine for anyone trying to build some muscle and tone up.  Print off the day’s routine and have them all together somewhere you wont forget to take with you to the gym.
